San Francisco Apartment 1009 is a newly remodeled unit in convenient yet very quiet location. The studio is just up the block from popular Duboce Park. It is also three blocks from a Muni Metro stop and two blocks from beautiful Buena Vista Park and Davies Medical Center. Situated in the Duboce Triangle area, it’s walking distance to several neighborhoods, including the Haight Ashbury and Lower Haight. Walk north on Divisadero Street to the quickly-changing NOPA (north of the Panhandle) neighborhood, or walk south on Divisadero to the Castro.
San Francisco Apartment 1009is located on the ground floor of a large, historic home, surrounded by a lush garden. The apartment has a large main room that includes a sleeping area and a sitting area with a couch. Windows overlook the garden. The kitchen has been totally modernized and includes granite counter tops and a small dining table. It is fully stocked. There is generous closet space and the bathroom has been elegantly remodeled.
The unit offers a great degree of natural light and at the same time, a significant level of privacy. It’s perfect for your vacation or business trip.
